As you explore my site you will understand how much I enjoy my snakes and love all animals. You will see how much I enjoy expressing myself through color.
I am an honor roll student with straight A’s. I have won many awards. I have been student of the months several times. I made the top 100 students in eighth grade. I have had my art exhibited in the Citywide Fine Arts show “Artrageous”, at the Palace Theater, Mattatuck Museum and the Silas Bronson library.
I read often. One of my favorite books is, Born a crime, authored by Trevor Noah. It is informative and hilarious. Only he could talk about Hitler, robbery, DJ’ing, and abandoning a friend and make it funny, all the while being poignant about the injustices and racism in the world. His book is a glimpse into his childhood during Apartheid.
I also enjoy reading Greek mythology. I read the Percy Jackson series authored by Rick Riordan. I am currently making my way through The Trials of Apollo series, also authored by Rick Riordan.
I am currently reading Just Mercy authored by Bryan Stevenson. It delves into the injustices of the justice system, the south, color and racism.
I enjoy building my own designs with Legos as well as completing Lego sets; building 3D puzzles; launching model rockets and playing chess. I recently began playing 3D chess.
I like playing video games. I really enjoy the retro games systems as I own the original NES game console and Atari. I play the original style Mario games. I also play on my phone, Xbox X, Switch and Wii.
I relax watching television on my iPad or Apple TV. For as long as I can remember, I enjoy the humor of political satirists like John Oliver, Stephen Colbert, Seth Meyers, Michael Che, Colin Jost and Trevor Noah, when he was on The Daily Show. Sarah Silverman was hilarious the times she has guest hosted. I was bummed when they cancelled the Patriot Act hosted by Hasan Minhaj. He presented a glimpse of topics that exposed many areas of imbalance in the world in some form.
